Juliette is a Physiotherapist and Pilates instructor. She is passionate about optimising health and function and addressing each individual's needs and goals.

 

Juliette (HCPC registered) qualified as a Physiotherapist in 1997, gaining a First Class Honours degree in Physiotherapy from Birmingham University. This complimented her existing degree in Sport and Exercise Sciences.

 

Juliette worked within the NHS prior to specialising in Musculoskeletal outpatients. She has worked within many sporting fields from amateur to International level.

 

Juliette began training with Polestar Pilates in 2000. She has since taught Pilates and integrated it’s principles and techniques with her Physiotherapy work. CPD (Continuous Professional Development) is ongoing. Of note, Juliette has also had the pleasure of training and working using the Integrated Systems Model (ISM) and ConnectTherapy (part 4) since 2010. This Physiotherapy model is taught by Diane and LJ Lee, both world renowned incredible clinicians.

Juliette opened the ‘Caversham Heights Physiotherapy and Pilates’ clinic in 2010. The Clinic has recently relocated three miles away in Binfield Heath to more suitable premises where infection control measures for COVID-19 can be adhered to more easily.
